"Reason"
by Victor August
For what purpose was our relationship
Which you choose to end now?
We talked so much yet it borne no great fruit
For what then was the point of our exchange?
Yes we entertained ourselves
But the whole world is full of entertainment
Yet I chose you to exchange mine
But such a goal would be too meager
We did much more then entertain
We slept, we ate, we laughed, we cried
We came through hardships
We had our highs, we had our lows
But you decide to end it now?
For petty reasons that could be overcome
For why did I even meet you?
For why should I even know you?
I care no more, just go away.
